Despite legal constraints, discussions have commenced regarding potential federal oversight of the memorial site owned by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

Meanwhile, Tina Peters, a former election official convicted of tampering with voting machines, is serving a prison sentence. Trump has publicly advocated for her release, praising her as a patriot and expressing intentions to intervene in her case.
