Accepting a position as a Labour peer, my aim is to bring practical business insights to the political arena, amplifying the voices of businesses and communities across the UK. The expertise and debates in the House of Lords have always impressed me, and I look forward to contributing my experience as a retailer and entrepreneur to the discussions.
