Luke Littler has jokingly mentioned that he might entertain the idea of participating in the I’m a Celebrity jungle if a hefty £50 million offer came his way, despite feeling deterred by this year’s show.

The 18-year-old darts prodigy has been closely following the current season to support his friend, Angry Ginge. Speculation arose about Littler joining the show after Ginge’s appearance, with ‘The Nuke’ suggesting he would contemplate it for the right compensation.

“I might consider it for the right price. I could give it a shot for a short stint,” Littler remarked when asked about following in Ginge’s footsteps.

However, while Littler has now clarified the monetary threshold for the “right price,” his enthusiasm for joining Ant and Dec in the jungle seems to have waned.

During a recent interview with talkSPORT, Littler expressed, “I previously mentioned I’d go in for the right amount, but after witnessing the challenges, I don’t think I could handle it. It’s just not for me.”

When asked if he would reconsider for £10 million, Littler declined. But when the figure was raised to an astounding £50 million, he shifted his stance to a tentative “maybe.”

“It’s all about dealing with snakes and such,” he elaborated on his aversion to the jungle. Playfully, he added, “Who knows, I might surprise everyone by flying over… No, I’m just kidding!”

While Angry Ginge gears up for his next bushtucker trial, Littler is preparing to defend his title at the upcoming PDC World Darts Championship at Ally Pally next month. Having become the youngest world darts champion last year, Littler returns to the prestigious event as the sport’s current world No. 1.

Littler aims to follow in Gary Anderson’s footsteps by attempting to retain the Sid Waddell trophy, starting his title defense with a match against Darius Labanauskas on December 11.
