Lewis Hamilton has reportedly ended his professional partnership with Marc Hynes ahead of the 2026 Formula 1 season. This development follows sightings of Hamilton with Kim Kardashian in the Cotswolds and Paris recently, sparking rumors of a potential romantic relationship between the two.
According to reports, Hynes, 47, has decided to pursue a new role with F1’s latest team, Cadillac, leading to his separation from the 41-year-old racing driver. Hynes previously served as the chief executive of Project 44, Hamilton’s management company, from 2015 to 2021 before rejoining Hamilton’s team last year to manage his racing logistics at Ferrari.
The split between Hamilton and Hynes is said to have been amicable, marking a shift in Hamilton’s support team as F1 prepares to resume in March. Ferrari recently announced the departure of Riccardo Adami as Hamilton’s race engineer, with Cedric Michel-Grosjean expected to take over the role.
Despite a challenging first season with Ferrari, where Hamilton failed to secure a podium finish, the British driver expressed optimism for the upcoming campaign following successful testing sessions in Barcelona. Hamilton praised the team’s efforts over the winter to improve the car and highlighted the positive atmosphere within the team.
Speculation surrounding Hamilton’s relationship with Kardashian has also been circulating, with reports describing them as inseparable and strategically avoiding public attention during their outings. The duo’s busy schedules reportedly necessitate careful planning of their time together.
