Jake Paul has made a bold statement declaring his intent to humiliate Anthony Joshua in their upcoming heavyweight clash next month.

Recently, news broke that both fighters were finalizing an agreement to face off in December, sending shockwaves through the boxing community. The confirmed bout, occurring just six days before Christmas, will consist of eight three-minute rounds with both contenders wearing 10oz gloves, and the outcome will impact their professional records.

Originally slated to fight Gervonta Davis, Paul had to cancel the match due to legal issues faced by Davis. Since his victory over Julio Cesar Chavez Jr in June, Paul has been out of the ring.

Despite criticism from some boxing figures, Paul remains confident in his ability to defeat the two-time heavyweight champion Joshua. In a statement on his official YouTube channel, Paul declared his intention to knock out Joshua during the live event.

With the fight drawing near, various personalities, including rising heavyweight Moses Itauma, have shared their views on the matchup. Itauma questioned Paul’s decision to accept the fight, emphasizing the need for careful consideration of the consequences.

Paul is determined to silence his critics by defeating Joshua in what he describes as a pivotal moment in his career. Joshua, on the other hand, is gearing up for this fight as a warm-up before his return to the ring in February, with plans for a summer showdown against Tyson Fury.

The highly-anticipated clash between Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul is scheduled for December 19 in Miami, airing live on Netflix. The fight is expected to take place around 11 pm local time, which translates to 4 am in the UK, with the event timing subject to change based on the undercard duration.
