Jacques Moretti’s father, Jean, made these statements as his son and daughter-in-law faced legal actions for charges including manslaughter by negligence, bodily harm by negligence, and arson by negligence.
Mr. Moretti Sr. acknowledged his son’s responsibility due to his ownership of the establishment but emphasized that the determination of guilt is pending judicial review.
