Moreover, Virgin Media can remotely perform fixes and updates overnight to avoid inconveniencing customers during the day. If necessary, the service may suggest WiFi Pod or Hub upgrades for enhanced home coverage, with the option to schedule a free engineer visit for more severe issues.
