Peppa Pig, Wicked dolls, Formula 1 Lego, and Hot Wheels have been identified as key toys to have this Christmas season. The 2025 DreamToys list, as predicted by industry experts and toy retailers, features these top-selling products. The Peppa Pig Oinks & Snuggles Evie Doll is equipped with over 20 interactive sounds and includes accessories like a playmat, bottle, dummy, bib, and blanket.

Another highlight is the Jurassic World Primal Hatch T.Rex, allowing kids to experience owning their very own dinosaur. By tapping the egg shell, the dinosaur hatches, and children can care for and play with it.

The Wicked For Good Singing Dolls have also made the cut, with sales anticipated to rise following the release of the franchise’s second and final movie this month.

The 75th anniversary of Formula 1 is celebrated on the list with Lego and Mattel’s Hot Wheels Racing F1 Grand Prix Circuit, along with the Monster Jam Smash & Bash Grave Digger RC.

Additionally, collectibles such as Dress to Impress Mystery Model Dolls, Mini Brands – Fill the Fridge Playset, and Pokemon are available. Building sets, the fastest-growing category for the second consecutive year, feature on the list with Lego’s Speed Champions F1 Racing Cars and the One Piece the Going Merry Pirate Ship.

The UK toy market is valued at £3.9 billion, with an estimated 23% of total sales expected to come from Christmas alone this year. According to The Insights Family, parents’ spending on children’s gifts has increased by 12% year on year, marking the fourth consecutive year of growth.

Paul Reader, chairman of the DreamToys selection panel at the Toy Retailers Association, expressed excitement over this year’s diverse range of toys designed to inspire imagination and creativity. Melissa Symonds, executive director of UK toys at Circana, highlighted the positive growth in the toy market after five years of a soft market, painting a promising outlook for both manufacturers and retailers as the crucial golden quarter approaches.
