Apple has unveiled the new iPhone 17e, featuring significant enhancements at an affordable price of £599. The device boasts a speedy A19 processor, MagSafe charging, a durable design, and a remarkable single-lens camera. This price tag is £200 lower than the flagship iPhone.
Notably, Samsung has also introduced its latest models, the A57 and A37, starting at just £399. While these phones may not match the performance or advanced charging of the iPhone 17e, they offer a 6.7-inch screen with 120Hz technology, surpassing the 17e’s 60Hz display for smoother navigation and gaming experiences.
The Galaxy phones come equipped with 5,000mAh batteries, triple lens cameras, and P68 water and dust resistance. Furthermore, Samsung has integrated various smart features into the A37 and A57, including Google’s Circle to Search for quick web queries and enhanced photo editing tools like Object Eraser and Edit Suggestions.
Moreover, users can benefit from improved Voice Transcription in the Voice Recorder app for easy transcription and translation of call recordings. Samsung guarantees extended support for the Galaxy A57 5G and A37 5G, promising up to six generations of Android OS updates and six years of security patches.
Both models will be available for purchase on Samsung.com starting April 10th, with the Galaxy A57 5G priced from £529 (256GB) and the Galaxy A37 5G starting at £399 (128GB). The Galaxy A57 5G will be offered in Awesome Navy, Awesome Grey, Awesome Icyblue, and Awesome Lilac colors, while the Galaxy A37 5G will come in Awesome Lavender, Awesome Charcoal, Awesome Greygreen, and Awesome White.
