Time is running out for television enthusiasts who want to take advantage of a special Disney+ offer that beats the prices of both Netflix and Amazon’s Prime Video. New subscribers or those who had previously canceled their subscriptions could save up to £18 on a Disney+ membership.

Disney+ has introduced a time-limited deal for both new and existing subscribers, allowing access to the streaming service for £3.99 per month for the initial three months. However, the offer is only valid for individuals who sign up by 11.59 pm on Wednesday (May 6).

The deal encompasses various monthly plans tailored to different budgets and preferences, starting with the most economical Standard with Ads plan. Even the more expensive tiers offer savings, with the Disney+ Standard plan priced at £6.99 for the first three months, and the Disney+ Premium plan reduced to £9.99.

Comparatively, Netflix’s lowest-priced Standard with Ads plan costs £5.99 per month, aligning with the price of Prime Video. With Disney+ providing multiple plan options with different features, selecting the most suitable one might feel overwhelming.

For customers who prioritize picture quality and wish to watch without interruptions from advertisements, the Standard plan may be the ideal choice. Conversely, movie enthusiasts seeking the highest visual clarity may opt for the Premium plan, as reported by the Manchester Evening News.

A Disney+ subscription now starts at £5.99 per month, granting access to popular series like Rivals, Only Murders in the Building, and The Bear, alongside a vast library of content from Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, and more.

Moreover, the Premium plan enables simultaneous streaming on up to four devices. Notably, both the Standard and Standard with Ads plans do not allow downloading content for offline viewing, which could be a deciding factor for individuals wanting to catch up on shows and movies on the go.

For those seeking a broader content selection, HBO Max is another option available through partner platforms. Sky’s Ultimate TV bundle, for example, offers access to Netflix, Disney+, Hayu, HBO Max, and more starting at £24 per month.

Priced at less than £1 per day, this bundle simplifies managing multiple subscriptions while providing a wide array of entertainment choices. Alternatively, EE’s TV deal is available at £5 per month for the initial six months, offering access to NowTV, Netflix, TNT Sports, and more.

Opting for the Disney+ £3.99 deal unlocks exclusive content, including titles from Hulu available for direct streaming on the platform. Members can also enjoy a range of new shows and movies released monthly.

For instance, fans of the classic sitcom Malcolm in the Middle can anticipate the reboot featuring original cast members, including Bryan Cranston from Breaking Bad. Additionally, followers of The Handmaid’s Tale can now stream The Testaments, a dystopian drama that premiered with a three-episode launch in April.

Adapted from Margaret Atwood’s novel, The Testaments follows the captivating coming-of-age stories of various characters. Science fiction enthusiasts can explore Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord, the latest addition to the Star Wars universe on Disney+.

Set after Star Wars: The Clone Wars, the series tracks the infamous villain as he plots to rebuild his criminal empire while seeking vengeance.
