Three schoolboys were captured falling from a double-decker bus in a recent incident on Bolton Road, Ashton-in-Makerfield, Wigan. The authorities responded to the scene promptly, launching an investigation into the matter.

The boys, aged 13 and 14, are currently hospitalized but are reportedly in stable condition following the fall. Initial reports indicated that the children were leaning against the bus window when it abruptly stopped.

Footage of the incident has surfaced, depicting the moment the boys tumbled from the stationary bus. Several individuals can be seen exiting through a side window on the top deck before landing on the road, prompting nearby vehicles to maneuver around them.

Subsequent updates from Greater Manchester Police confirmed the ongoing hospitalization of the children, clarifying that the incident occurred around 3:50 pm. The three boys attended St Edmund Arrowsmith Catholic High School, and the school administration is providing support to them and their families.

Greater Manchester Mayor, Andy Burnham, expressed concern over the incident, linking the fall to a disturbance on the bus’s upper deck. Both the transportation authority and the bus operator are cooperating with investigations to determine the circumstances surrounding the event.

In response, Vision Bus, based in Bolton, emphasized passenger safety as their top priority and extended well wishes for the recovery of those involved. They are fully collaborating with the authorities in the ongoing investigations.

The incident has raised significant concerns about passenger safety and has prompted a thorough review of safety protocols on public transportation services.
