Sky is shaking up its offerings for 2026 with the introduction of a new Ultimate plan. This plan combines premium channels like Sky Atlantic, Sky One, and Sky Documentaries with Netflix and Disney+ for a single monthly fee. Additionally, the upcoming HBO Max will be included at no extra cost when it launches later this week, offering a variety of popular shows on demand. Subscribers will also have access to Hayu later this year, providing a range of reality TV content to UK viewers.
While the full launch of Hayu is set for July, Sky surprised fans by offering an early preview called “Taste of Hayu,” which grants access to over 150 episodes from popular franchises on the platform. Shows featured in this preview include Below Deck Mediterranean, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, and Vanderpump Rules.
The “Taste of Hayu” preview is currently available to Sky Stream and Sky Glass customers with the Ultimate TV package, as well as Sky Q and Sky+ users, allowing them to watch selected seasons on demand.
In July, the complete Hayu catalogue will be unlocked, offering reality TV fans access to hundreds of additional series. New episodes of major shows will also be available on the same day they air in the US, all integrated within the Sky TV experience.
Sky expressed excitement for reality TV fans, stating that select seasons of popular Hayu shows are now accessible to Sky TV subscribers. This early access provides a preview of what to expect before the full launch of Hayu on Sky in July.
Hayu will join Netflix and Disney+ as part of the Ultimate package, with HBO Max set to be included next week and the full integration of Hayu planned for later in the year.
The new £24 package includes Netflix Standard with Ads, Disney+ Standard with Ads (starting in March), HBO Max Basic with Ads (launching on March 26 in the UK & Ireland), full access to Hayu from July (with preview content available from March), and over 130 Sky channels.
